Field Condition posted a construction update for 100 Franklin, where scaffolding recently came down to reveal the building’s beautiful facade of red brick from Danish brickworks company Petersen Tegl. When designing this collection of Tribeca condos for sale, the architects at DDG chose the red brick palette as a way of blending the new construction in with the historic surroundings while still giving the project a modern edge with its angular shape, which is actually a pair of triangular buildings set against one another. When complete, 100 Franklin will be home to 10 full-floor residences, including a pair of duplex penthouses.
