The Most Beautiful Apartment on Earth is in NYC and The Future Perfect is Responsible
A unique building deserves special interior design, and Elle Decor recently featured the first home by David Alhadeff and his firm, the Future Perfect, at 100 Franklin. This collection of full-floor Tribeca condos is housed in a Flatiron-shaped brick building that architecture firm DDG designed with an eye toward placing a modern shape in a classic neighborhood. Inside the furnished home, which Alhadeff refers to as a “jewel box,” a beautiful mobile by artist Karl Zahn draws the eye to the inside of the wedge, which looks out over the intersection at Franklin and Church Streets, while Calico curtains and a neutral color palette complement the home’s oversized windows.
