Cottages & Gardens was pleased to give a preview for 100 Franklin, the forthcoming collection of Tribeca luxury condos from architectural firm DDG that features commissioned works by artist Charlotte Taylor. These 10 full-floor homes, including a pair of duplexes with private rooftop terraces, feature direct elevator access, spacious floor-through layouts, and oversized windows that admit ample natural light and provide residents with intimate views of the historic neighborhood. The project consists of two wedge-shaped buildings with contextual facades made of red bricks by Denmark’s Petersen Tegl that have been laid in classic masonry patterns to give 100 Franklin the iconic Tribeca aesthetic.
