Now, as the first scaffolding comes down and the classic masonry details are revealed, sales are gearing up for these 10 unique full-floor homes, including a pair of duplex penthouses with private rooftop terraces. 100 Franklin is a pair of wedge-shaped buildings set against one another on a narrow lot, giving residents intimate views of the historic neighborhood through oversized windows set along the exterior walls of their Flatiron-shaped homes. The lot was formerly a parking lot that was famous for the large-scale pieces by French artist JR that graced the building behind it.
