100 Franklin, which was featured on Curbed’s list of new apartments coming to market back in March, is reaching milestones this week, with the completion of the first section of red brick facade coinciding with the Tribeca condos finally coming up for sale. These DDG-designed homes are housed in a pair of triangular buildings that sit next to one another on a narrow lot, providing maximum space within the 10 full-floor condos as well as allowing ample sunlight to flood the homes through oversized windows. Two of the homes are duplex penthouses with spacious rooftop decks. Residential amenities will include a bicycle room and additional storage space.
