Curbed reports that the full-floor Tribeca luxury condos at 100 Franklin will hit the market this spring, bringing a new standard of boutique living to the historic neighborhood. Featuring a contextual red-brick facade of handmade Danish bricks, these two wedge-shaped buildings set close together on a narrow lot across from the Roxy Hotel have been under construction since 2014. When complete, 100 Franklin will be home to 10 full-floor homes, two of which will be duplex penthouses with private rooftop terraces. All residences feature in-home laundry and private elevator access, and residents will also have access to a bicycle room and additional storage space.
