New Look at DDG’s 100 Franklin Street
Lux Expose gave readers a first look at the freshly laid brickwork facade at 100 Franklin, the forthcoming collection of Tribeca condos for sale. The project, which is composed of a pair of triangular buildings on a deceptively narrow lot, features red bricks from Danish brickworks company Petersen Tegl and masonry designs that preserve the historic neighborhood’s architectural heritage while bringing new construction to the area. Inside, 10 full-floor homes, including a pair of expansive duplexes with private rooftop terraces, are on sale by Douglas Elliman.
