Manhattan and Brooklyn’s Newest Condos Have Old New York Charm
As the New York City residential real estate market swings back in buyers’ favor, Mansion Global reports on the finest new homes that are combining modern luxury with iconic aesthetics to lure residents. At 100 Franklin, a pair of wedge-shaped buildings set against one another on a narrow lot will be home to 10 full-floor Tribeca luxury condos, including a pair of duplex penthouses. The building’s facade is constructed of handmade red brick by Denmark’s Petersen Tegl, and the materials have been laid in traditional masonry patterns as a way of merging the new buildings with their historic surroundings. Inside, residents will enjoy spacious floor-through layouts, in-home laundry, and private elevator access.
