DDG Reveals New Images of 100 Franklin, Powering Towards Completion and Launch of Sales
When the scaffolding came down from one half of 100 Franklin’s brand-new facade, PROFILEnyc was there to capture exciting images of the contextual red brick. Using handcrafted materials from famed Danish brickwork firm Petersen Tegl, DDG designed a facade that is both historic and modern, complete with classically inspired detailing and oversized windows that flood the full-floor Tribeca condos with natural light. The project itself is made up of two triangular buildings set against one another in a narrow lot, which DDG celebrated as an exercise in fitting spacious homes in a small footprint. When complete, 100 Franklin will be home to 10 full-floor luxury Tribeca homes for sale by Douglas Elliman.
