DDG was tasked to do more with less at 100 Franklin, where the renowned NYC architecture firm had to fit 10 spacious full-floor homes on a narrow lot. The resulting wedge-shaped buildings maximize interior space and natural light while presenting a gorgeous hand-laid red-brick facade by Denmark’s Petersen Tegl, which helps the buildings blend in with its historic surroundings. These Tribeca condos include a pair of duplex penthouses with their own rooftop terraces, from which residents will have intimate views of the storied neighborhood. 100 Franklin will also house select retailers on the ground floor along Sixth Avenue.
